The energy and water supply is self-sufficient, therefore responsible use of resources is required.  

The Finca Tres Molinos is located in a rural setting in a very quiet location near the village of Jesus Pobre. 

It consists of two parts, connected by a patio with shaded roof, pool, outdoor shower and balustrade and is 

suitable for up to 10 people. Since it is a hillside property, you have fantastic views of the sea, the Sierra 

with magnificent sunsets and the ruins of the three mills. The fenced plot is about 16,000 square meters. 

The one half is natural, the other half is structured by natural stone terraces with olives, almonds, flowers, 

lavender, oleander, loquats, zen gardens and many places that invite you to linger. The entire property is at 

your disposal so that you can spend an undisturbed holiday.

This Finca is ideal as a base for day trips and beach visits, in spring and autumn for climbing and hiking.

If you've had enough of resting and relaxing, head to the Cabos with the two cliffs (San Antonio, la Nao) or 

Col de Rates, to Granadella, Benidorm, Altea or Calpe. Visit the garden "La Albarda" in La Sella and the 

Finca La Cuta or climb in 30 minutes to the ruins of the Tres Molinos with fantastic views over the entire 

Gulf of Valencia, to the massif of the Montgo, to the Sierra, to Javea and to the golf course.

Stroll around the markets in the area, do not forget the market hall in Valencia, the Oceaneum ... and ... and ... and ...

or go straight down to the neighbor who has goat’s, chickens, ducks, geese, pigs and ponies and there are 

eco-friendly eggs.
